Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative
Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative for our Port Arthur, TXoffice.
CSRs at this location assist the account managers in maintain insurance policies for the clients.
Some of the daily job tasks include:
- Invoicing policies - Endorsements - Audits - Cancellations Location:
Port Arthur, Texas Remote or Hybrid schedule available for qualified candidates
Experience:
3-5 years of commercial insurance experience required General Insurance License required Systems:
EPIC (AMS) experience is preferred, but not required Other AMS or CRM software experience is preferred, but not required Perks &
