We welcome either a Registered Nurse or LVN.
The work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8-5.

Job Description:
Assess and monitor wounds Clean and bandage wounds Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to determine if additional treatments or changes in care are required Educate staff, patients, and caretakers on wound care, infection prevention, and pressure ulcer (bed sore) care Write orders to expedite wound healing and avoid skin breakdown Keep up-to-date on the latest wound care best-practices This position requires empathy and patience.
Being especially supportive and encouraging to our residents and staff is crucial to being a successful wound care nurse at our facility!
