Responsibilities:
Payroll Onboarding Assist with processing new applicants.
Filing and other general office duties as needed.
Answering phones, taking messages.
Entering data into PCAD/MOBLITE system.
Calling in locates for our service line/projects.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma Experience is a plus but is not required.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Organized, analytical and ability to solve problems.
Strong attention to detail.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Desire to learn and grow.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
