JOB OBJECTIVES/KNOWLEDGE BASE 1.
Attend and undertake all necessary inspections as defined by the Project Quality Program 2.
Undertake inspections of the product/service and all associated documentation to confirm conformity and compliance with client and project requirements 3.
Record and document any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program 4.
Effectively coordinate with company personnel/departments and client quality representatives to ensure that all inspections and verifications are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner 5.
Participate in / undertake all company and sub-contractor (where utilized) scheduled and surveillance audit activities and record and document any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program.

Confirm that all test / measuring equipment being utilized on the project is calibrated and retain all records and certificates of such calibrations for all applicable test and measuring equipment 7.
Provide guidance to Construction/Commissioning/Procurement/Material personnel on quality matters and concerns 8.
Maintain detailed, accurate and thorough records during the execution of duties 9.
Provide timely support and cooperation to all client / 3rd party audit activities 10.
Support all Project and HSSE requirements and protocols during the execution of all work duties 11.
Maintain a professional working relationship with client personnel during the execution of all work duties 12.
Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor EDUCATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE QA/QC Inspector shall be Certificate/Diploma / Degree qualified in Telecoms / Electrical / Instrumentation discipline Minimum of 4 years' experience in the particular discipline(s) Minimum 2 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry Shall be conversant with applicable Industry Codes, Standards and Specifications for the discipline(s) in question Computer literate, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and any other applicable software packages Good interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to communicate effectively both formally and informally, orally and in writing, on related issues with all of those with whom working interfaces arise whether they be internal or external.
