Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following:
Other duties may be assigned.
1.
Site inspection and layout2.
Knowledge of Manufacturer and OSHA Regulations3.
Scaffold safety4.
Knowledge of Tube and clamp scaffolds Construction5.
Knowledge of Total system scaffolds6.
Ability to Calculate loads for applicable scaffolding7.
Proper access and egress Requirements and practices8.
Working knowledge of Rigging hardware and procedures9.
The ability to work under extreme weather conditions hot/cold10.
Ability to Estimate, Design, and Review Particular Scaffolding Projects Per Client and/or Project Specific Demands11.
Ability to Hire, Council, Train, and Mentor Employees12.
Maintain Up to Date and Current Applicable Training Certifications13.
Ability to Communicate Effectively with Clients and Supporting Departments14.
Ability to Acquire and Maintain a US Passport and Status15.
Ability to Manage Multiple ProjectsRequired Education &
Experience:
1.
High School Diploma or GED; or certification from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and/or five to ten years scaffold/management experience.
2.
NCCER Certificate Holder (QC Inspection When Needed)3.
Minimum of 5 Years Traceable Industry ExperienceWorking Conditions:
1.
Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
2.
May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on project site(s).
Necessary Equipment Operation:
1.
Office equipment, including telephone, fax machine, scanner, computer, printer, ten-keySpecial Skills:
1.
Competency in Auto-Cad for Scaffold Design2.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3.
High performance and a strong team player.
4.
