Recommend operation policies, standards, guidelines and procedures for equipment
Prepare and maintain files and filing systems; physical and electronic
Assist in the planning, design, and cost estimation for various departmental projects
Oversee technology resource development and usage; monitor adherence to applicable standards.
Directs initialization and maintenance of data security systems, including backup and recovery procedures
Provide training for end users
Provide support to staff during meeting and boards
Make oral presentations to department heads
Trouble shoots PC's and system software
