Senior Project Manager and Project Manager III
Houston and Port Arthur, TX
As Senior Project Manager or Project Manager III, you will plan, execute and evaluate projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Reporting to the Program Manager/General Manager, your main responsibilities will entail building and managing project teams, and ensuring consistent quality control throughout the life of every project. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management Administration (or the equivalent in work experience) and possess 15 to 20 years of experience in construction project management. At least 10 years (five years for the Project Manager III) must have been spent managing multiple projects. A demonstrated understanding of environmental remediation project management as it relates to projects including, but not limited to, soil treatment and stabilization, waterway remediation, groundwater control and treatment, site preparation, excavation and earthwork construction is an absolute. It is imperative that your resume reveals a progressive increase in financial/supervisory accountability and authority throughout your career. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and project proficient with Primavera software, especially P6) are fully expected. Finally, you must be self-motivatedable to work effectively with little or no supervision in a fast-paced work environment.
