Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Duration: Temporary to Hire
Pay Range: $14.00 to $18.00 hr. (depending on level of experience)

Job Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate administrative operations. Individual will be responsible for assisting project manager and team with day to day office duties.
Tasks:
Contribute in increasing team efficiency by giving support both operationally and administratively.
Professional telephone skills.
Create and organize compliance information.
Sorts and files documents.
Qualification:
General office experience
Strong computer skills
Documentation skills
Strong organization skills
Must be detail oriented
Proficient typing skills
Administrative writing skills
Have comprehensive experience with computers
Good attendance and work history.
Self-starter

Desktop Computer Skills:
Databases
Using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information.
Spreadsheets
Using a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs.
Word Processing
Using a computer application to type text, insert pictures, format, edit, print, save, and retrieve word processing documents


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
